Broken Dock – It’s all going on!
August has been a busy month for the Broken Dock team. Whilst continuing the usual friendly service, delicious food and refreshing drinks, we also had the return of the Bristol Balloon fiesta; with the perfect view up to Ashton court we saw the Bristol skyline fill with the iconic balloons, all enjoyed whilst sharing a plank and something cold.
The start of our ticketed events in the form of a Steak Market was a huge success, where we served perfectly cooked steaks and sides to a packed restaurant whilst Paul John Bailey serenaded us into the evening. If we do say so ourselves it was an outstanding success and be sure to keep reading to hear about the next event we have in the pipeline.
The return of the ‘Broken Roast’ was the cherry on the top for August with Phil our head chef offering up a Broken dock twist on an old British favourite. Be sure to book your table next Sunday!
So what’s Next….?
With the schools opening their gates again in a week (Yes I know where the time has gone..?) Broken Dock, whilst still continuing the hugely successful breakfasts, brunches and lunches; we will also be focusing heavily on what our superb kitchen team have to offer in the form of evening dining. To give you something to get excited about we will be kicking of an ‘Twilight special’ on Wednesday 6th September, where we will offer a 20% discount off your bill when dining between 5pm and 6.30pm. Make sure you take advantage and we look forward to seeing you.
Gin Gin Gin – 19th October 2017
Broken Dock will be collaborating up with Bristol Gin, offering up a 3 course meal cooked by the one and only Phil Head Chef and specially made infused gins and Liquors provided by Bristol Gin to compliment. We are really excited about this event, so be sure to contact one of our team for details on the menus and booking options.
Yes that’s right, we have started taking Christmas Booking, we have an absolute treat in store for you all, a set menu full of the food Broken Dock prides itself on, bubbles and the friendliest staff Bristol has to offer. Full menu and prices can be found on our website. We will be running the Christmas Menu from 22nd November with pre bookings and deposits required so make sure you have your spot confirmed to avoid disappointment.
